1,make a drawing
A drawing was prepared with reference to the papers. The drawing was created primarily using Inkscape.

2, make a base of the body
Make a rough shaped basic body of unbleached or white wool. In this Microbrachius, a female and a male, two bodies were created to represent the copulating scene.

3, add color
Bothriolepis which is the same antiarchs was dark green color scheme, Microbrachius is dark blue colro scheme which is a mixture of several colors, including deep blue, blue, dark green, dark grey.

4, edges the shield
Putting a cut line as just in the making step of Bothriolepis will emphasized the edge of the shield plate.

5, connect the other parts, and completed!
Fix the pectoral fins temporary, confirm their size and location, then connect them to the body firmly. The pectoral fins of Microbrachius is much short than those of Bothriolepis.
Almost complete, except for representation of the sexual difference.

6, make 'the sexual dimorphism', and complete!
Make the external genital organs, the clasper for male, the genital plate for female, adjacent to the posterior end of the ventral shield. In this case, we arranged the red color at the tip of the caudal fin, as a (modest) bleeding color.
The left figure shows the dorsal side and the right figure shows the ventral side. In each figure, the left side is male and the right side is female.
Now, it's completed. This Microbrachius is about 17cm in length.
